At Lior Linen, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns Eligibility
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Stitched linen shirts (custom or made-to-order products)
- Used or washed items
- Products without original tags or packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Important – Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers are required to record an unboxing video while opening the package. This video is mandatory to process any claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
We will not be able to process or verify any damage or issue unless a clear unboxing video is provided.
Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original method of payment.
Return Shipping
Return shipping may be arranged by us or may need to be handled by the customer depending on the location. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
